RENEWAL INSURANCE & ROADTAX

This insurance you have purchased only covers you in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei in accordance to the laws of Malaysia. Note that if you intend to drive your car into Singapore, you are required by Singapore’s law to have cover against Legal Liability to Passengers (LLP). Since LLP is not covered by the basic Private Car Policy, you will need to purchase as an additional benefit, which provides a limited cover for your liability for death or bodily injury of passengers..
For new vehicle (new registration) Sum insured will be based on the purchase price of the vehicle. A copy of the sales/purchase invoice is required for our verification. For vehicles that are more than 1 year Sum insured will be based on the current market value on our valuation system..

PARCEL SHIPMENT

Our courier partners provide same day or next day pick up. The cut off time for same day pick up is 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm will be picked up the next day and delivered the next business day. Collection times are usually 2-7pm, but varies according to the courier. Parcel Daily is not responsible for any failed pick up, be it as a result of users’ discretion or courier’s missed pick up. However, we will assist users in rearranging for a pick up should there be a failed pick up attempt. Parcel Daily does not guarantee successful collection of parcels by courier..
No, collection times are usually 2pm - 7pm..
It will usually take 2-3 working days from the day of pickup or drop off for your parcel to be delivered. Out of delivery area (ODA) addresses might take longer time to deliver and may take 3-5 working days or more. Parcel Daily is not responsible for any late delivery by the courier service provider. Upon request, Parcel Daily will assist in checking the status of the delivery with the courier service provider.

TRACK & TRACE

- Did your order just shipped? Please allow at least 1-3 days after your order shipment notifications for tracking updates to appear. At least try again in a few hours. Some shippers can take up to 24 hours to add your tracking information. - Did you enter order number instead of tracking number? Make sure to enter tracking number, which you can find on your order page, or in the shipment notification email. - Make sure you typed tracking number correctly, often people mistake digit “0” zero for letter “O” - Did you enter correct number of repeated digits in the tracking number (i.e. 0000)? It's easy to miss one digit or type it more times than required. - Did you copy and pasted tracking number? Please check that there are no any unwanted prefixes/postfixes like "N°", "#", ",", "-", etc..
